Dairy Queen - Ballwin

Hours aren't right, and if they are they always close early do people not like money?

I ordered two large ice cream birthday cakes and could not be happier! Rachel was extremely friendly and patient with all my questions, especially since I had never ordered one before. The cakes were beautifully decorated with professional-looking lettering, and my family absolutely loved the Blizzard flavors! I highly recommend this place!

The prices are way too high. The ice cream wasn't as creamy as Dairy Queen's, and they didn't offer butterscotch-dipped cones. There's no option to eat in. I won't be returning, as it didn't even meet my lowest expectations compared to Dairy Queen.

The owner seems unwilling to invest in upgrading their systems to support the mobile app. The prices for even small items, like a small Blizzard, are ridiculous—$5.55 for a small? Seriously?

Didn?t get our order right and when we explained what was wrong, the kid at the drive through just stared at us and didn?t offer to refund our money or anything.
