Nicos Takeaway - Ballinasloe

The food at this restaurant is delicious, especially the chips. The meals offer good value. However, the pizza is below average compared to Apache or Dominos. Overall, I would recommend this place for takeaway.

This restaurant serves the best pizza in town without a doubt. It went above and beyond my expectations and they have amazing specials. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Ordered fresh cod and chips on one Friday night, thinking it’s traditionally fish and chips day and supposedly fish would be fresh as we had it many times before without disappointment. Unfortunately for that very last time the fish is not fresh, batter is not as nice golden but burnt, my partner even have a bad tummy ache afterwards as he ate most of the batter and I removed most of them for mine. Chips are way too wet due to overfilled vinegar, and without salt even requested for it. Hope it improves next time, a bit hesitate to go again though.
