The Bean Bank Coffee House - Ballina

Good value breakfast!<br/ <br/ My husband and I enjoyed a Sunday morning breakfast at this cosy cafe. Our big breakfast and vegetarian breakfast was really delicious and very reasonably priced but we thought that the coffee was only average just a bit milky and weak for our taste (we like strong coffee).

Desperate for coffee we took a half hour detour to stop at this place. Their locally roasted beans 'Major Tom ' (from Tweed Heads) has been roasted a little further than say a continental roast and has fitting nutty tones. They have a nice little selection of cakes as well.To their barrister: love your man bun, it gave us confidence in your brew we 're alsoimpressed that you drove that ancient Ruggero espresso machine so well driving that machine is like driving a tractor on a formula 1 race track!

Great coffee, food and service. Excellent coffee and best ever caramelised onion and camembert tart. Even the lettuce was better than I've tasted in years!Highly recommend this spot.
