Mcdonald's - Ballarat

I only glimpsed the operators with a wave as we left on Saturday. The facilities were excellent, with everything we needed readily available. I'm confident that if we had required assistance, they would have been there for us. It was an amazing experience to open the room door and find a surprisingly modern layout.

The coffee was disappointing, and they forgot our hash browns. When you go to McDonald's, you expect a certain level of consistency, so it’s clear when things fall short. Additionally, the service was a bit slow given how empty the restaurant was.

Very very poor service, absolutely appalled. was given a frappe with half of the actual frappe in the cup. no pickes or onion on double cheeseburger even though not specified. fries were cold. poor customer service

Not only is the drive-through and parking horrendous but went in and ordered two sundays and a hot apple pie, waited 15 minutes and when I asked what was happening was then informed that the ice cream machine was broken. Possibly something that might have been helpful to know 15 minutes earlier. Staff didn’t care got my money back and left. Will not return.

I ordered an item from the café that was unfortunately sold out, even though it was still listed on the self-service menus. The substitute I received, which was fried cheese and tomatoes, lacked any flavor and fell apart easily. It really needed some salt or seasoning. I also wanted some sauce but had to get up and ask for napkins since they weren't replenished, leaving my food to get cold in the meantime.
