Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

This restaurant was a lifesaver on Good Friday when almost everything else was closed. The orange juice, burgers, and mochas were all excellent. Thank you!

This McDonald's is the most unclean I have ever encountered. The tables were covered in trash, the floors were dirty with smashed food all over, posing a health risk. Our order and coffee were cold, and the fries seemed stale from sitting out too long. The restrooms appeared to not have been cleaned in months.

I usually get the ham and cheese toasties a few times a week when I'm in Melbourne, and they always taste delicious and are nicely sliced. However, I was disappointed when I ordered them from this place two mornings in a row and they didn't meet my expectations. I'm not sure how you can mess up a toastie, but they managed to do so. Furthermore, they didn't even cut it in half, which added to my dissatisfaction. To top it off, my wife didn't receive the sugars she asked for with her cappuccino.

This store is under staffed and service is very slow. This is not the fault of the hard working and friendly staff. There are just not enough of them. The bathrooms are a disgrace. Never cleaned, hand driers not working. Also in this corona environment we felt safer to sit in the outdoor tables but were told we were not allowed to sit outside. When asked why this was all staff could say was by order of management. Most. Likely to save in staff by not having to take foods outside. Seems ridiculous when all the medical advice regarding Corona is to be outdoors wherever possible. They seem to be happy to cram everyone indoors.

Ordered 2 coffees in the drive thru. Ended up with 1 coffee and 1hot chocolate..... Bakery Hill McDonald's can NEVER seem to get Orders right.
