50 minutes late on a delivery while I live 5 min. When I called to find out where it is, the person on the phone was very unpleasant and badly polite, she didn’t even apologize, even a commercial gesture sucks a big order with so much delay, on the contrary she spoke very badly. We felt like I was the boss and the client. Delays every time I order at home and never I was called to warn me.
