Mcdonald's Sm City Baliwag - Baliuag

This appears to be a franchise location. Unfortunately, the quality of the fries and the chicken fillet was subpar; the oil may have been rancid. I didn't have a chance to voice my concerns about my takeout because I ate it right after ordering in the food court area, which was much cleaner than inside the restaurant, where the floor was quite dirty. I was really hungry at the time. The service was decent, but it seems the food quality took a hit, possibly due to the busy weekend rush. I hope my next visit is an improvement.

The service left much to be desired. The staff mistakenly charged my credit card twice, which caused me significant hassle. I even inquired with the cashier about why this happened...
