Went for the tamales everyone raves about. Got chicken w/red. Lots of masa n little chicken.

Here on a Sunday 4:50 and they're closed So they're NOT open till 6 BUT i do love this place I've been coming since I was a kid They have fresh tortillas Would wait and eat them with cheese at the store They have the best Longaniza very time my family comes from Arizona they have to take some back The tamales are delicious a lot better than the ones I've had around and I'm too lazy to make them Just make sure you're there early because they sell fast

I really like this place but the negatives out weigh anything positive. Good tortillas, great chicken tamales and quick customer service. The problems are that always run out of tamales, high meat prices and shady scale practices. They hide scale numbers and over charge you. I thought it was a one time but when I came back they placed a plastic bad in front of the scale. Why overcharge? Just raise your prices and don't over charge your customers. Muy malo

This used to be my favorite place to buy tamales but recently every time I stop by and buy some they have so much masa and very little meat. I know we are dealing with inflation, but come on. I won't be stopping by anytime soon.

Best tamales you can buy. I've been coming here for the past 4 years. Tamales are thick and nicely filled with meat or cheese/jalapeños. Nice balance of masa and filling. Tamales available daily!
