Whataburger - Balch Springs

As always this place is so yummy to eat at every time I go to Texas we have to go to Whataburger. Their food is really good I just wish sometimes they would get our order correct instead of having to drive back to get our order fixed. But other than thatthe burgers are great and the fries are good. And their little ketchup packets are pretty cute. And they're big drinks are sobig. Definitely will be seeing you again Whataburger when I head back to Texas.

Worst whataburger I have been to. Took 15 minutues for takeout when the restaurant was not busy. Employees can be seen standing around looking at their phones and gabbing. When I finally got my burger it was SLATHERED in mayonnaise.

A very beautiful, large, clean and fantastic Whataburg location in Balch Springs. A day to breakfast stopped and the service was very attentive and friendly by their staff. Of course, breakfast is always in Whataburger! Five stars for this great staff here!

I returned after a dismal to-go order to a much more enjoyable dine-in experience. Upon leaving, I informed the manager that that was how a WHATABURGER is supposed to taste.

Terrible experience you will wait in the drive-through around an hour just to get your food and if they think it’s a big order will park you for an extra 20 to 30 minute Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
