This place is just what Pleasant Grove/Balch Springs needed we ate the Crawfish and snow legs soaked in their famous BOTTOM of The THE BAYOU Seasoning had me licking my fingers. Our Waiter Fabian was great we met the manager Sam , one of the owners Lucky and Chef Lionel this place gets every bit of a 5Star rating. The worst service ever it was first and last time here the cocktail shrimp was old like it had days just their and when I told them that to take it back they didn 't even said "I 'm sorry or let me change it "nothing I did said pls take it off my check the girl Said no because I had touch it also the PHO has a weird taste like old or raw meat.... REALLY for me to try my food I need to touch my food.... pls ? ? dnt came here is waste of money if I could just give them a ZERO review I will hope my family dnt get sick after eating here

Service is not great. They sit you down and basically walk off which leaves you confused on if you are suppose to order at the counter or not. I ordered the food and it was not good or seasoned. The business was clean. They did not have any customers in the restaurant which should have been a clue for me not to dine. I do NOT recommend this restaurant.

Talk about not worth it. Worst customer service ever experienced. Overcharged for 4 slices of lemon, refill on sweet tea, and seasoning. Didn't talk to us the entire time and no communication about charging for refills, lemon, nothing just brought it with the straightest face, just made sure the order was right, still got the order wrong and placed orders to the wrong people at the table. They don't even greet you until you go up to them and don't check on your table at all, they sit behind the counter on their phones and make you come up to them for anything. Please find a better local seafood place and do not waste your money on this overpriced place filled with careless women/staff, coming from a woman herself.
