Bidrage med feedbackI saw "Vegan" written on the window so I assumed they would have vegan options, but I was mistaken. When I asked which donuts were vegan, none of them in the display case were. The employee had to ask someone else and eventually brought out bare donuts. I inquired about vegan toppings, but the person couldn't provide any options other than chocolate or caramel, and wasn't sure if they were vegan. In the end, the donut was dipped in powdered sugar. The person serving me was also quite rude throughout my visit. It was a strange experience considering the restaurant advertised vegan options. The powdered sugar-dipped donut I ended up with was tasty, but at $5 without any frosting, it felt overpriced. Despite this disappointment, the non-vegan donuts did look delicious.
I was thrilled to try the vegan donut at this restaurant after seeing it on their website. The place is adorable and smells delicious as soon as you walk in. The donut comes with a variety of toppings to choose from, such as powdered sugar, peanut butter, and Oreos, among others. It was incredibly tasty and I enjoyed it so much that I gave it 4 stars, reserving 5 stars for fully vegan establishments. Perhaps we can suggest adding more vegan toppings to their menu in the future.
The donuts at this restaurant are delicious, but I have placed two orders with them and nothing was shipped on Wednesday as promised. My account was charged immediately, but two Wednesdays have passed and I have not received any updates on my order.
I came to get some waffles, and they were closed. I think they went out of business. I called 5 times, and it's just ring 2 times and nothing else.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DRIVING TO THIS PLACE. This is the FOURTH time I come to this place and they are closed. This place is so unprofessional when it comes to running a business. They are always closed at the most convenient hours and that’s a sign they are probably going out of business or something. I’ll find another place who really cares about the consumer/customer. I’m very disappointed and hope you understand my frustration from someone who was a loyal customer..
