Panda Express - Bakersfield

I observed the manager instruct an autistic individual with a cardiac alert dog to leave the restaurant because they asked for proof of disability. If he hadn't been traveling from Southern California to Northern California with all his belongings, he might have been able to comply. Anyone with a legitimate service animal should come to this restaurant and lodge a formal complaint for not following ADA regulations. They can be fined $4,000 for each violation.

I absolutely adore this place! The staff were incredibly friendly and the restaurant was impeccably clean. I decided to go for the family meal and it was absolutely fantastic!

I would not recommend this restaurant at all. The orange chicken was tough and the fried rice was dry, but that's not the main reason for my poor rating. During my visit, a cashier named EVELYN was very rude and disrespectful. She rudely approached our table while on break and demanded that I clean up the mess my one-year-old son had made on the floor. I explained that he was just a baby and was still learning how to eat, but she continued to insist that I clean up the mess. I found her behavior completely unacceptable and felt like she was treating us as if we were beneath her. I have been to many restaurants before, from high-end to fast food, and have never experienced such disrespectful treatment. I do not recommend this restaurant and will be sharing my experience on multiple review sites.

I walk into the door, the employee and I greet each other. I ask her all I want is a soda that’s it. She straight up ignores me and I just go buy it next door at subway. I noticed all the female workers there seem to hate their job. They never have a good vibe when I walk in.

If I could rate this a 0, I would. What type of restaurant forgets the teriyaki chicken. I am starving right now and I paid extra and a full PLATE! I found a noodle that was BURNT. I do not like burnt food. It was 70% rice and the orange chicken only had 8 pieces.
