Filling Station - Bakersfield

We stop here for coffee everytime we visit Bakersfield. This place has really good coffee and great prices.

Best coffee place in town. We drive across town when we can just to get drinks here. If we lived closer, this would 100% be our daily stop. Their matcha latte is hands down the best matcha I've ever had, and the Tiger Toffee latte is also a strong coffee contender! We appreciate the vast coffee knowledge that the owner has and he's always incredibly friendly. If you don't know what you want, let them know and they'll help you with a plethora of wonderful suggestions! Also- man, the prices are GREAT! A good two dollars less than your normal chain store around area!!! 10/10 gotta try it.

The cranberry-walnut bagel is awesome! (That from a bagel snob! Great coffee. It is drive-through so be ready to be patient if cars are ahead of you.

Spearmint Tea and Peanut Butter Bagel for the win every time!

I didn't know what I wanted to order by looking at the menu. I just told the Barista what I would like tho, and she suggested something that would fit all of the different things I wanted. It was delicious!!!! My caramel macchiato extra shot of espresso with chocolate whipped cream Totally hit the spot, and inexpensive even tho I added a bagel with cream cheese on the side. Less than Starbucks, and my drink was definitely made with love. It was fresh, not the bottom of the pot tasting coffee as I seem to always get from Starbucks, and my bagel was from the local Smith's Bakery. Sorry Starbucks you've lost a customer to The Filling Station and I'm telling everyone the quality and prices are are soooooo much better at The Filling Station!!!!
