El Pollo Loco - Bakersfield

Have you proven a good customer service? a great diferente if you compare with Otero places?.

Came through the ride through about 9am and must have some thrown food. So what I did. Harte Churros, bad old salad for Loco salad, double chicken dish was cold and tacos al Carbon Tortillas were stale. By such terrible food I will no longer return to El Pollo Loco

My husband just ordered chickens and Mc and cheese, salad, Burrito. After the lady got his card, my husband asks for salsa and salad dressing. She said everything in her pocket. When he came home, THERE was nothing at all, and we all sit in the table, ready to eat! How can they not be careful, just terrible customer service?

Pleasantly surprised. 1st time here and wasn't sure what to expect. Got the 2-piece meal and at first thought it was on the skimping side. But got some cups of made fresh daily salsa, diced onions and avocado salsa from a side bar next to the fountain drink station. It had it stuff like peppers but got what I wanted. The warm tortillas came in a bag which I liked. My fiance got the same thing and also never been here. Overall I really liked the food and enjoyed sitting down in the dining area. Was very clean and welcoming. Very welcome change of pace.

The chicken in my bowl was dry and I choked on it. However, everything else was excellent. I will give this place another chance, perhaps they were just having an off day.
