El Pollo Loco - Bakersfield

Been here before the food is good but this time I did a mobile order and when arrived they had to redo my whole order because they left it on the counter and ended up getting taken from someone else. Manager was just talking over the employee which is really rude and unprofessional for both the employee and customer. Manager was being rude towards customers too yelling at everyone. Very disappointed with pollo loco do better training on management

Prices go up , portions get smaller. This location has the smallest portions, I prefer other locations for taste and portions but location is convenient.

I love the new Keto Burrito. Only carbs are in the tortilla. Got to like the cabbage and lettuce. Helps with keep my Blood Sugar reading in the range. ?

I want to let you know why I gave them 1 star is because I had the worst experience in the drive through, with an older Hispanic woman she was very rude I just had spent close to$82 for me and my family to have dinner thinking it was going to be good and had to go back to get some of the items they didn’t put our bag by the time I got home some of the other items were wrong by that time I just said forget it my food is already cold I wasn’t even hungry anymore worst experience ever never going back to el pollo loco she didn’t even seem like she wanted to even work there

I tried the birria burrito and birria tacos with dip. The tacos were a little dry and cold but dip was warm not hot. Burrito was a little bit more filling in my opinion. Came with rice, meat, cilantro and onions. Each came with chips and salsa. The dip was rich and tasty not greasy. It also came in a cute box and my kids where excited to open.This specific location struggles with hearing people through the speaker and it’s very frustrating to have to repeat orders. I was asking for two burritos today and got tacos and burrito instead. Last time I asked for two salads and got one.
