Bidrage med feedbackBenji’s is still a favorite in bakersfield. it is a family owned and managed restaurant, so it does not have the workers problems to become shorthanded. her home wine and homemade brot was a good opportunity to start this meal. then came the tomato, salate and cattle tongue. our meals were the roasted chicken, lamb chop and calf cut with mushroom sauce. they didn't disappoint. five star rating and we can't wait to return.
Benji is never disappointed. in our party people ordered the lamb frame, the fried chicken with garlic, and others simply had the equipment. the lamming frame was delicious, cooked for perfection, my mouth only wateres remember. everyone has enjoyed his meal, everything we normally expect from a traditional basque meal, even the warm salsa is worth mentioning. the service was also excellent, it was not as busy as we expected for a Friday night, but our waitress still went over the expectations. she offered some excellent meals and drinks selection, while the delivery of our meals was punctual, everyone seemed to work in connection. will always recommend benjis.
Great restaurant! I haven't even been with this kind of restaurant yet, but I'll be in town for the next time. the lamming frame very delicate and tasteful. they come hungry even though there are several courses to work through before the escape. all were great too! very reasonable price design when considering how much food is taken on their table.
I was in the city over the night and had a Basque ancestor, I had to go and check it out. the personal was great. kudos an tanya and mr. mccarthy, because they all need us. eating was very good. I had the ravioli with basken tomato sauce. the 'set up' delivered a series of extras, such as suppe, salat, tomaten and fries. delicious, friendly and popular, so they call for a reservation or come when they open. next time I get from slo, I'll visit again.
The food was great. And the value for your dollar is good. The decor in the banquet room was a little bleak. The waitress was busy, but still took care of us. And we didn't have to ask for anything twice. She was able to explain the menu well. And there was stuff that I need explained. You know (Basque). Even when she said that it may take a while, thinks still got to the table in a timely matter. Because we were with a large party of 7. It was like eating banquet style. But it was good. We gave her a full tip of 21%. I definitely would go back
