Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Zaxby's food is great. The service at this location is slow and the staff are low-key rude. But, again, it's good chicken.

Been a while since I've been. Seems things don't change. Front of the restaurant ignored, Dirty, unkept. Same Ice machine from 3 years ago still doesn't work. Floor mats rolled up and piled on tray counter above garbaga can. Trash on the counter and floor. The same last visit. Also. none of teh females had hairnets, hats or anything to keep the hair restrained. When My order came up, it sat on the counter waiting on 2 ladies holding a discussion and then it was packed one at a time between discussion. Tables are not cleaned. May be a while before I return. I prefer a clean, inviting restaurant that can fix it;s equipment is less than years.

I went there twice and the grill was down so I wasn't able to get the Zensational salad or egg roll the other time I waited in line for 35 minutes and gave

After waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru, we were told we had to come inside to place an order because they weren’t taking anymore orders through the drive thru (9:00 when they close at 10:00). If I wanted to come inside I would have to begin with. Someone should have come out and said something so that we wouldn’t be waiting in line for so long only to find out they aren’t going to take our order. They are the slowest “fast food” restaurant ever. Haven’t had a good experience at this location in more than a year. Terrible service.

I arrived at the store at 930 pm and they close at 1000pm so I wasn't expecting great service but I was expecting hot or warm food. My food was cold. The fries were warm but my kickin chicken sandwich was very cold. Thus had to be deliberate. I will never go back to that store.
