River City Grill And Pizzeria

Ordered Chicken Alfredo, bowl was hot, pasta was dry and cold. Returned, waitress said she got the wrong plate, it had been Returned prior. My meal was remade, totally wrong, no parsley or cherry tomatoes as menue has. Seasoned terrible, couldn't eat it. Brought the check, military discount, paid cash. Also ordered a pizza to go. When we got back to camp, couldn't even bite through the crust, just terrible. The manager did come to my table and removed the charge of the Chicken Alfredo, when the waitress came back to give me the difference she also removed the military discount and brought the original plate of pasta back out. This dinner was recommended. I will never step foot in here again ?

2 hour wait for food after three visits now. Waitresses today were not attentive. No drink refills. Half the table received their orders, ate and finished while we still waited for more orders all placed in the same ticket. Had to ask waitress where food was. Chicken was burnt. Send back, chicken came back raw. They seem very understaffed and lack management. Food is usually good but always out of something. This place just seems to really have gone downhill. In two hours not a single refill. Chicken branch ranch wrap served without the ranch. Also, it seems the air is not working properly as fans were on everywhere. I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to sit for two to three hours with a group of people.

I love the calzones and pizza here. My husband got the salad bar. Great service everytime. Kid-friendliness: Game area for kids.

We enjoy coming here after church. Food is always pretty good. Never had a bad server either. One of our favorites in Bainbridge!

The food and service were great. It's always so hot in there. Need to have the AC repaired. When we have temps in the 90s to 100 degrees no one wants to sit where the AC is not working.
