Chick-fil-a - Bainbridge

The food and service here are excellent, and the restaurant is very clean. However, I’m not a fan of having to wait in line for a refill.

To be honest I think Chick-fil-A is becoming a little overrated. They're getting a little full of themselves. They need to be humble as they want to wear and understand that it's just fried chicken. I kind of felt like this particular location had a different vibe to it, more like a we're going to try harder to make you happy, but to be honest the food was just okay if they're doing seasoning in a house it seemed a little bit off. Not sure if they had a bad day or what the story was but all in all as I mentioned early Chick-fil-A's got to get back to basics and get back to doing what they do well which is serving the community and cooking great chicken.

Food was cold. Ordered an 8 dollar large Mac and cheese and they only filled it half way. Waited 5 minutes for sweet tea refill. Service and food starting to deteriorate.

The order was accurate, the food was excellent, the service was prompt, and the hospitality was outstanding.

Just like any other Chick-fil-A, the service here is fast, reliable, and consistent.
