Schwarzwaldhotel Tanne - Baiersbronn

We drove to the Black Forest to eat in the Black Forest. The Schwarzwaldhotel Tanne is right next to this restaurant. From the first Gruess God and greeting apple sparkling apple wine, we felt at home in this beautiful family-run hotel and...spa. The decor is typical Black Forest, clean and close to nature, but also modern. Since our time was limited, we could not use the Treehouse sauna or the pool. Other amenities were the free use of all Black Forest Railways and more. Due to our time constraints, we were only able to take part in their fantastic breakfast buffet, which also corresponded to the local fare. The service was really warm) and right. This hotel and restaurant are well located on the hill and offer a great place to sit, relax the world while enjoying the views and fresh mountain air of the black forest. The selection of dishes is aimed at the fine dining room. The...Menu has something for most taste. All our dishes were presented attractively with a thought behind. From the dining room terrace there is a breathtaking view over the valley. The most extraordinary feature is the individual interior. And the most memorable part of ironic are the toilets. I guarantee that you have never seen anything like this before (photos will be added if TripAdvisor allows).

We went to the Black Forest specifically to have dinner at the Schwarzwaldstube. Immediately next to this restaurant is the Schwarzwaldhotel Tanne. From the first "Gruess Gott" and the welcome "Apfelsekt" (sparkling apple wine), we felt at home in this lovely, family operated hotel and spa. The decor is typically Black Forest, clean and close to natur, but also modern.As our time was limited, we were unable to take advantage of the Treehouse Sauna, nor swimming pool. Other amenities offered were free use of all Black Forest railways and more. Due to our time limitations we were only able to partake of their fantastic breakfast buffet, which also was true to the local fare. Cuisine de qualité, avec des formules buffet (grillages, desserts, etc...) selon les soirs. Service soigné et très belles salles de restaurant. Une grande terrasse orientée plein sud permet de profiter du magnifique spectacle de la nature, en dégustant de succulents gâteaux.

Statt Schneewandern dann eben well(n)essen. So geht es auch und wie immer fühlt man sich "wie in Familie", macht sein Schwätzchen mit den dort Arbeitenden, geht zu den Sportangeboten des Hauses und amüsiert sich mit der Schwarzwald-Card im Umland. Man freut sich auf das Frühstück, um sich dann mit Pause auf das Abendessen zu freuen, auch wenn man primär gar nicht so "verfressen" ist. Es macht einfach Spass! Dann noch ein Drink am Kaminfeuer und so geht der Tag auch gut rum. Also: all Wetter tauglich! DANKE! (mir hat diese Mal nur das hervorragende Lavendelgelee zum Käse gefehlt ;-) )
