It's a lovely restaurant located right on the main road. I used Google Maps to find it. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the delightful aroma of authentic Indian spices. For those coming from SLU, like I did, it is a bit of a trek, but definitely worth it.

Falafel is my favorite comfort food in Baguio. Although it’s not a local dish, I've loved falafel since my teenage years in Angeles. For the best falafel in Baguio City, I head to The Chef Restaurant. Located on Guevarra Street in Aurora Hill, The Chef is a small hidden gem with only seven tables, perfect for those seeking delicious Middle Eastern cuisine. I have tried everything from their appetizers like baba ghanoush and hummus to their shawarmas and various biryani options. They truly live up to their slogan: a 5-star menu at no-star prices.

One of my restaurants in the town of pines, when I long for Indian, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. her authentic taste is true for it 's promise that is 5 stars menu to no star price . my only handle is not because the place relatiw is small, but that (often) some of her menu items are not available. overall, their honest-to-goodness food will certainly budge their tastes for the lack of ambiente.

Used to frequent the place when we had an office nearby as the food always tasted awesome, the staff and proprietor are very friendly and accommodating. The place is kinda far from the city center so you'll have to make an effort to go there. Only street parking is available. The place is kinda small so you'll often get your orders after a long wait especially during peak hours. But it's always worth it as the food is very good. Reasonably priced too because the servings are usually on the big side. The sauces are always fresh by the way and I have to say that thiers is my favorite so far in the city. I sure hope that they'll open another branch at a more accessible location.
