Kyosko Sushi Grosseto - Bagno Roselle

I've worked in sushi for years and normally never give reviews to anyone who works there. Today I'll make an exception because I stopped by Kyosko and I was really positively impressed. Serene, youthful and very welcoming environment. Sushi which has an extremely delicate flavour, both for the fish and the rice. Rice, the cross and delight of every sushi chef, cooked to the right point and formed so that it is neither crushed nor sticky, nor tends to crumble or become mushy, even after dipping the rolls in soy sauce. I took different types of rolls to try them all and I can say that I was truly satisfied by the various flavors and aromas that alternated. The gama wakame seaweed (which I am fond of) and soy beans are also delicious. The soy sauce, ginger and wasabi strictly made in Japan. What can I say... Must try. Compliments to the chef (I also gave them to him in person) who was able to bring a piece of Japanese tradition to Italian territory where, unfortunately, this art is often mistreated. See you soon! It's never pleasant to leave negative reviews but I find myself forced to do so. I must start by saying that the staff is really nice, my review only focuses on the quality of the food and the speed of preparation. I got a burrito I won't forget. Extremely slow in preparation, scarcity of raw materials and questionable flavour. (It's happening again now...help)

Nice idea for an aperitif. I got the aperisushi for €12. Good quality, good tempura prawns too. The poke is also good. It's fine for an aperitif. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: €10–20
