Hosteria Volante - BAGNO DI ROMAGNA

I had lunch in this place a couple of years ago, when he was still in the middle of Bagno di Romagna and I found him good. This year my husband and I noticed that they moved to a larger place, not far from where they were before; We wanted to come back, also because I had read on facebook their attractive ad, but as it was a little late in the evening, we asked if we could have 2 coffee and a grappa. They push us to sit at the table rather than take coffee at the counter (and I think: they bring us 2 coffee without a drop of water or a chocolate, a grappa that was not only half... for a total of 8 EURO! I understand the people you moved in and you'll have money to give up. If to sit at the table the customer must be the excuse to give him 8 euros (for this is, he will not see us anymore. I was so sick. They take well, but they're lame.

Very well maintained new place, very nice menu with the right number of dishes. Friendly and attentive staff. A fast but tasty meal, I will return to try their Pinsa.

Rather low food quality compared to the price . annoying also the third degree on the personal data of the customer that is questioned only after he ordered. the staff is professional.

Excellent restaurant, refined cuisine and very positive overall experience. I had the opportunity to read the story of the place and its owner in the menu, very beautiful as an idea. Surely I will return if in the area. Recommended.
