Utia La Fraina - Badia

Looking for tasty food in great atmosphere with kind staff and magnificent views? You found the place. Whenever we are in this area we love to stop by for a lunch. Food is so yummy! Portions are great and the staff is excellent, smiling all the time and very helpful. It's such a pleasure to come back and find out it's still fantastic place. I highly recommend this place. (No need to book in advance as there is plenty of tables inside and outside and rotation time is swift)

La Fraina is a gem, both summer and winter. It is still a working farm and in summer there's lots for younger visitors to see and do, such as the rabbits in their compound. The location is superb, the food is excellent with a comprehensive menu. Service is always superb, even when they're very busy. And they do get busy. Be patient and you'll get a table. It's well worth the wait. If you avoid peak times, you will learn much about the area and the way of life on a working Dolomite farm. I go several times a year and it's always a welcoming, enjoyable experience

Place is ok. But what make it special are 2 girls working there. Always friendly and smiling at you. Finally somewhere you feel welcome and not like you are breaking somobodys.....(you know what). Food there is delicious!! So big compliment to the chef!! I do higly recommend this place

Bellissimo rifugio con una bella terrazza, personale molto gentile, appartamento pulito con ottima cucina e prezzi sotto la media degli altri locali della zona. altamente raccomandato.
