St. Hubertus Rosa Alpina - Badia

We were staying at the Rosa Alpina in wonderful San Cassiano for 5 days, and thus were able to secure booking at this 3 star Michelin restaurant. It met all expectations: delicious, artful presentation, creative cuisine and we enjoyed a lovely visit with Chef Norbert! Magical evening. Expensive of course, but a special occasion experience based on local/regional ingredients.

What an incredible dining experience. From the presentation to the service, everything was just perfect. When we sat down at our table, there was something under a glass dome. Turns out it was our loaf of bread, slowly rising and waiting to be baked. It came out from the kitchen steaming hot and soooooo delicious. And it was all uphill from there :

Si entra e ci si sente in Sud Tirolo. Ottimi piatti fatti con eccellente tecnica ed ottime materie prime. Rischioso il fatto di puntare su materie prime solo del territorio, quindi niente olio evo ne pomodori o pesce di mare etc. La qualità della cucina supplisce senza problemi a queste mancanze. Ottima la carta dei vini così come il servizio.
