Radau-Wasserfall - Bad Harzburg

A beautiful, rustic restaurant at the feet of the waterfall. Two minutes walk from the waterfall you will find a place that still seems to be in family ownership. A small beer garden from the restaurant invites you to eat and drink in good weather. Inside it is very beautiful. An extensive menu actually offers something for every taste. Coffee and cakes can also taste an exhausting walk. It should be noted that this place, regardless of Corona, has only opened until 6 pm.

The restaurant is located directly on the waterfall and on the terrace you can hear it. Inside it is very cozy with lots of wood as you imagine a restaurant in the resin. We were here twice and were very friendly both times. Overall, we have eaten 3 different trout dishes and trout soup. Everything was very fresh and delicious! Where do you get perfectly prepared trout blue today?! We're going to this vacation a couple more times.

A very beautiful landscape for a walk, the forest restaurant is ideal for a break. in summer with beautiful beer garden and now in autumn with cozy furnished room. we always take a break there, a small rest with a walk-and-walk time for a coffee or a cool other drink. it is not allowed to eat there in restaurant / terrace. we always want to return a friendly owner.

Whoever goes spontaneously to the Radau waterfall and feels hungry, this restaurant is recommended. from the table we could see the waterfall. if you pay on the buck 6,50 euro for a bratwurst with pommes, you don't expect much at 16 euro for a tour. in retrospect, 10€ would have been more reasonable for quality. more than fair. the portion also so that they are a good starving silence. Inside it was like an old jägerstube. rustic but apparently very well maintained. the service was fast and friendly. near the restaurant, next to the waterfall start a few hiking trails. I would recommend to every hiker to return before or after a hike in this original restaurant.
