Bidrage med feedbackI subscribed to the newsletter from the Gräflichen Park Health Balance Resort in Bad Driburg. This was announced in mid-December 2019 that a new concept for the operation was developed, so that the lack of personnel could be eliminated. This will certainly also contribute to the changed opening hours. The horse stable will be open on four days, from Wednesday to Saturday, as before. The “Pferdestall” in the Gräflichen Park was on 18. Reopened in January 2020 as a restaurant and wine bar, in cooperation with the winemaker Matthias Gaul from Asselheim, who is also called "King of Pinot". His winery has been awarded several times and counts with three stars in the Eichelmann and three grapes in the Gault Millau among the wineries in the Palatinate. In the extraordinary ambience of the stable with its impregnations on the walls and the old saddles can be eaten and celebrated again. The open show kitchen is located in the middle of the guest room and keeps looking. In addition to various appetizers and soups, the menu also includes fish, meat and vegetarian dishes with ingredients from the region. Multi-course tasting menus are also planned. Manager Christian Faas hopes for many former and new guests.
