Max's Restaurant - Bacoor

When you exit Cavitex heading south, you'll spot a Max's Restaurant on the right side. The restaurant has plenty of parking available. During our lunch visit, the place was crowded because they were running their annual promotion of all-you-can-eat chicken. Diners pay a set fee and can enjoy unlimited servings of chicken.

The food at Max's restaurant is consistently delicious and satisfying. The atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful. However, I was disappointed with the staff at the SM Bacoor location. They provided incorrect information about our wait time, causing us to wait 30 minutes for our food and another 15 minutes for the rice. Despite this, I still enjoy dining at Max's in other locations around the city.

My family are regular customers at this location and we usually have dinner here on Sundays. Initially, after it first opened, the service was great and the staff were okay. However, we quickly noticed that the food was consistently served cold and did not seem freshly cooked. In recent months, the service has become increasingly poor, with some rude waitresses, indifferent waiters, and kitchen staff who appear unhappy in their jobs. This was evident when we were informed that only chicken legs were available after a 15-minute wait, and then told that our longganisa order had burned and was their last stock after a further 10 minutes. Despite repeatedly requesting refills of water and bottomless drinks, our requests were ignored. Additionally, there was an error in our bill which required us to call the waiter, who then failed to return with the corrected bill after a 15-minute wait. There seemed to be a shortage of dining staff as we saw no one around to assist us. As we were about to leave, we spotted the waiter who was supposed to return with our bill casually seated in the office next to the cashier, seemingly unconcerned about attending to customers. We considered speaking to the manager, but there was no one present. After such a disappointing dining experience, we have decided that we will never return to this branch again.

When mama doesn't have time to cook, this is our go-to place :)it's homey and the staff are welcoming. they also offer discounts during special occasions like graduation or mother's/father's day and promos during Christmas.no need to say the chicken is super. we usually order nilaga or kare-kare or binagoongan. our latest favorite is the adobo rice :) yummy, no need for a lot of ulam (main dish). my personal favorite is the lumpiang sariwa and chicken burger.we usually have buko-pandan or leche flan for dessert.
