Berbeza Bistro - Bacolod City

The restaurant was excellent! They offered a creative menu that included dishes like chicken curry kapitan (Indonesian style), beef tataki (Japanese style), and a vegetable curd bowl. To top it off, the staff surprised my wife with a beautiful flower for Mother's Day.

The food at this restaurant is great. I am satisfied. The recipes are amazing, with a pleasing aroma, great texture, and a perfect mix of spices. Perfect!

I love how Berbeza's changes their salads according to the season. Even as someone who doesn't normally like salads, I thoroughly enjoyed Berbeza's salads and even finished them. The tasting menus are incredibly creative and delicious, with flavors that constantly surprise and delight. It's worth making a trip to Bacolod just to experience their amazing food.
