Domino's Pizza - Bacliff

I ordered online for delivery used my pizza points but also added Cinnamon twists and completed my order but I sat here and decided I wanted more so I called to the store and added a pepperoni flat bread the guy gave me my new total I waited and waited nothing came looked on the tracker app and it showed me that my order was canceled I called waited on the phone for 45 min before calling back I asked if I could still get my order she said I needed to talk to manager and put me on hold till they closed I started this pizza disaster @10 pm now they are closed no one called and said mam we are having problems with your order never got my food I'm so pissed all I wanted was sum comfort food I had a long day at the hospital and dominos made my day even more horrible thanks dominos for not trying to help resolve this issue but put me on hold for 2 hours Right now I never want to eat your pizza again I'm so upset my mother is. So sick after I've been in the hospital all day. All I wanted was food Why couldn't you just be good food after a bad day shame on you dominos and your manager sucks for leaving me on hold for 2 hours

They take forever to even make your order and then when you try to call all you will get is a sales add I for one will take my business to pizza hut I will not recommend them for anyone my latest order was been being preped for over an hrs

I was not satisfied the pizza was barely cut and practically no crust just seems hurried.

They were absolute jerks. I ordered online and it said it would be 1 hr. At the 40min mark it still said preparing order. I called to check and they said it was delayed. At the 1.5 hr mark they said it would be another hour. When I told them I wanted to know if they were ever intending to fill the order they put me on hold and bounced me around from person to person for another 20 min. At the end of the conversation they said maybe another hour. The order was almost $100 and they were rude and unwilling to even try to make it right . Refused to let me speak with a manager. Everything else in the area closed soon, I needed to know if they were making my pizzas, and they gave no F’s. I’d give zero stars but that’s not possible.

What a joke. They can not deliver because all of their drivers quit them. That is a sign of poor management. Call Dan's Pizza in Kemah.. Dan will always go the extra mile for his clients. Domino's only wants the night walkers. Save yourself the disappointment as they tell you, 1.5 hour later... That it will be another hour. Very poor service and response. Go join Jack in the Box.... what a joke! Maybe try spending less money on your commercials, about you will drop a pizza anywhere and try to actually pay your employees and drivers what they're worth. Again **** poor service and never again.
