The Cookhouse - Babergh

Waiting for one hour and 15 minutes and counting.. the nice view does not make up for poor service. Edit: we have been back since for a breakfast, and it was superb, highly recommended!

This is a fantastic spot for brunch. The food is delicious, made with fresh ingredients from the restaurant's own farms. The dining area is spacious with plenty of tables and chairs. It is clean and modern, with attentive and knowledgeable staff. It's the perfect place to take a break when driving on the A12, just before the Orwell Bridge heading east.

The breakfast at this restaurant is always excellent, featuring lovely local produce that is fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly and professional, with a special thank you to Anna.

The afternoon was filled with delicious food and a beautifully relaxing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Amazing outsight and wonderful eating, was here twice over the room of 4 years and it was just as beautiful both times. service very friendly and attentive.
