I visited this pub for the first time after hearing great reviews. My partner and I tried the Sunday roast and were very impressed. The staff were friendly, service was prompt, and the portion of roast beef was generous. The bread and butter pudding was amazing. We will definitely be bringing friends and family back with us next time.

I had a great time at steak night with my friends and was happy that I accepted their invitation.

Absolutely fantastic experience at the Hare and Hounds for a Sunday Roast, Serving til 6pm which is a bonus as so many other pubs stop at 4 on a Sunday. Warm atmosphere and our waitress was so friendly and professional. The food was fantastic and home cooked roasties and puds!! Food came out quickly and was lovely and hot. Also must try the sticky toffee pudding for dessert!! Will definitely return. 10/10!!

We had an amazing Sunday lunch at this restaurant. The roast beef was incredibly delicious and the selection of vegetables was cooked perfectly, not too soft or too raw. The service was great and the prices were reasonable. We will definitely be returning to the Hare and Hounds. Great job!

Old school but excellent pub (no food served except Thursdays pizza night) with a knowledgeable host and well kept range of beers. Good service, and buzzy atmosphere, even on a Friday lunchtime
