Once I forced, then they told HDFC diners works here and after that only I showed my card They didn't put the sign of credit card works here. Higher management should take action against reception guy. The management guy advised the waiter if they want tip so just add in the bill amount. Totally UP behaviour, kam nahi karna sab free mai mil jaye bas. Manager knows very well about this.

It's not lounge they will offer you only 1 thing if you take even small cold drink you can't get meal far apart from Bombay airport. Only 1 dish for this access. Don't waste your lounge access on this . Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
