The chef Giovanni combines creativity and tradition, the results are incredibly flavorful dishes. One can taste the freshness of each ingredients, without being overpowered by the seasonings. The highlight was the “crudo di pesce”, a selection of raw fish, which was not only pleasing to the eyes but also to the palate. In fact, if you like fish and seafood Le Gambe sotto il tavolo is a must. Everything tasted fabulous and we were delighted! Even bread, grissini and focaccia are hand-made and they are delicious. It is these little things that differentiates this place from others. The wine selection is also great and the desserts are a real treat! Last but not least, the staff is friendly and helpful. Altogether it was a wonderful experience.
We were happy to have a weekend reservation here we stayed only a few steps away in the center of this hillside village for the Truffle season weekend but were astonished at how dinner could be both so fascinatingly stimulating and at the same time also just plain good. What we knew ahead of time was to anticipate traditional Piedmont cuisine. This was certainly true for the changing selections of Primi and Secondi, which were spot on and just right. Proceeding that, the wonderful series of starters were lively and lead into the main meal marvelously. Finally, both desserts were a delight and we left without the heavy feeling that sometimes goes hand in hand with traditional cooking. Thank you(!

Siamo capitati per caso in questo ristorante ,gestito da personale giovane simpatico locale molto bello e particolare ,abbiamo cenato in terrazza a lume di candela ragazzi svegli ed attenti ad ogni esigenza ,il cuoco ha cucinato piatti buoni e belli da vedere tutto ottimo !bravi avanti così!!a presto
Locale riaperto da alcuni mesi, nuova gestione giovane e frizzante. Personale di sala attento, sorridente e caloroso, pronto ad accogliere ogni esigenza del cliente. Cucina raffinata, che spazia tra piatti classici (finanziera, risotto alla milanese con ossobuco, cotoletta alla milanese) e piatti creativi e originali (spaghettoni ai ricci di mare, tonno panko cipolla caramellata e wasabi). Ingredienti selezionati, crudo di pesce freschissimo, presentazione curata e impiattamento delizioso. Pane, grissini, pasta fresca e piccola pasticceria tutto di loro produzione Assolutamente da provare!!!
