Kfc - Azusa

I would advise steering clear of this location. During my last three visits, they've consistently forgotten an item in my order. On my most recent visit on August 6, 2021, I specifically asked the cashier if everything was in the bag, to which he replied affirmatively. However, when I checked, I discovered that two items were missing. He claimed he didn't pack the bag, but I pointed out that he handed it to me and assured me everything was correct. His response was indifferent; he said it wasn't his responsibility to pack the bag. He then handed me the missing items and walked away. The customer service there is atrocious.

Additionally, I noticed that the employees were not wearing gloves and were engaged in casual conversations while the drive-thru line was long and unattended. To make matters worse, they were not sealing the food as required by health regulations. When I inquired about this, the server simply stated that this is how they serve the food. Overall, this was an awful experience, and I strongly recommend avoiding this location. Try finding somewhere else to eat!

Here's my experience at this restaurant tonight: the chicken was undercooked, and I didn't receive any apology for it. Since I didn't have a paper receipt, they only refunded me $20 instead of giving me back the full amount. This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to!

Worst KFC i have ever been too. If i can give them zero start I would. Really bad customer service. I was never greeted when I arrived or neither when they handed my food. The food was horrible. The chicken skin was falling apart and the biscuits werehard like they had been sitting all day. Also, i order a large size of wedges and it seems like they only gave me small size. Iwill be filling a complain with corporate.
