Terrible customer service. Ordered 3 drinks. Paid for 3. Also ordered a drink and cake pop separately. The computer froze and then we no customer service provided. The manager and the other batistas ignored the fact that the 4th drink and dessert had not be paid for. Tried to order 4 and got 3. One of the drinks. One was wrong. Terri le service.

Horrible place. Slow, rude and dirty. Sat at the speaker for 20 minutes before my order was taken, and it was a mobile order. Come on hire people who can keep up with the demand

Not the best to be honest. Unfriendly staff and drinks never taste correct.
