Kfc - Aylesbury Vale

This establishment is operating illegally by not providing any customer restroom facilities. It is not appropriate to operate a food service establishment with more than 10 seats without complying with the legal requirement for customer toilets.

This restaurant is absolutely terrible and unhygienic. There was no toilet paper or soap, and it's important to remember that the staff use these items when preparing your food. When we brought this to their attention, they just shrugged and offered my son a napkin as a substitute for toilet paper. It was gross and I would recommend avoiding this place.

I have visited this KFC multiple times, but I believe this will be my last after my most recent experience. I ordered 2 fillet burgers, fries, and lattes. Unfortunately, after receiving my food, I was informed that the coffee machine was not working properly. I requested a refund for the drinks and was assured it would be taken care of. However, the staff member serving us then attended to another customer instead. Upon finishing my meal (which had slightly wilted lettuce), I returned to the service counter to inquire about the refund, only to be informed that my coffees were now ready. I declined as we had already finished our meal, which resulted in a further 10-minute delay in resolving the issue.

Ordered via deliveroo. And never turned up even after speaking with the driver who claimed not to find the address and then stated he would be coming back once we directed him. Never turned up

Went to kfc Cambridge Street today for Tuesday deal. Was told they are starting the 9 piece bucket next week and there was no Tuesday deal today. An out and out lie as it stated on the website available from 26th july
