Ono Hawaiian Bbq - Avondale

This has got to be the worst place to order food in person! Never get my order right and then the attitude they have when you ask them to correct it is unprecedented! Charged me for white meat then seemed irritated I asked them to switch it! Brought a dark breast then told me I can just put teriyaki on it. I told them again what I wanted! They chopped up the chicken with no sauce and I assume they wanted me to add it myself. Not what I paid for or asked for!!

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile from Justin. His happy attitude really made our day. Thanks Justin.

The food was good but it needs help when it comes to cleaning someone spilled their drink and all that was done was a wet floor sign got put out

Almost the same dining experience as if you were in Oahu HI ??. Portions are awesome. Go for the mix meat combo, usually they give more meat than the other combos. Gets pretty busy during lunch time so If you want to skip the line or the wait, grab a menu at one of your visits and order just like a takeout. By the time you get there your order will be ready to dine-in or to take-out. Plenty of seating area inside and outside. Prices have gone up too much. Parking ?️ space is always available with no hassle at this location.Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Does have a small kid's menu.Wheelchair accessibility: There's handicap parking and entrance to the restaurant.

Food was okay, not too fond of chunks of cabbage used as a base for the meat.Shredded cabbage would have been better for presentation. Service was amiable and accommodating to my requests regarding Mac salad. Lots of seating, self-serve for condiments.Parking: Not many spots in front of store but other spaces available within reasonable walking distance.
