Mcdonald's - Avondale

Some shakes. after ten minutes I wait and paid. five more minutes after being said, just wait, I found out the machine was broken. manager didn't know how to refund my card, but didn't have enough money in the drawer. what they would expect from mcdonald.

Even though there was a small lining to drive through it moved pretty quick and overall was satisfied with my customer service

What's the point of a two-lane drive-thru if everybody has to wait twice as long to merge into the same one anyway?....

I waited in line for 30 minuets by staff and I finally asked if they were taking orders only to find out that they were not, when I asked why they said they were behind and I said so after you're caught then will you and and I was told yes. I then asked how long and they didn't know. How unprofessional can you be to not tell customers your taking orders and just ignore them with the manager in the store being just as ignorant ???! They just need to close that location and put something else in its place!
