Bidrage med feedbackEvery time I give this location another chance there's a problem. They're out of drinks. Menu shows a 2 piece big box and I place my order and the guy says they don't have it. I'm looking at it right on the menu.. 8/29/22
I didn't make a purchase,but I tried. This is the second week in a row I tried to order extra crispy from this location and they didn't have it. I asked for a specific drink they didn't have it. Ok ,I accepted and still tried to order , I asked for fresh fries she said I just took them out. I said never mind, I'd like to cancel. Personally when I ask for something fresh, I'd like to be told there may be a wait and informed of the wait time. 2 stars because the worker answered the intercom and me nicely. I'm not sure what's going wrong here , but it would be good to fix it.
Unbelievable. I?ve came here before and the service is slow but this one takes the cake. I was told it would be a 4 minute wait on fries?.50 minutes later and still don?t have my food. Still in line waiting, this is ridiculous. Whoever owns this store needs to seriously seek better employees and management. I will never come back to this kfc again.

Ordered online through the app. Arrived 10min past the pick up time to be told that it would be 40min to get the extra crispy chicken that I ordered, but I could have regular if I waited 10 more min. This was after barely being acknowledged by the staff. I've tried another location nearby, but it's the same result. Always out of items or none available in the type that I want to order.
