I waited for a while for my order and while I waited, a customer complained about his order. if they have made a mobile order, it is not the coworkers' fault that they do not know that they selected “no garlic” the coworkers declares to him, it was not on the reception or ordering they received. I would say more be aware of what they choose with mobile orders bc it is not dominos coworkers mistake for their own mistake. the personal did it very well with the degrunted customer and they corrected the order anyway. my order was ready and we must enjoy our pizzapis.
This pizza took 2 hours to be delivered. About 30 minutes after placing my order, I tried to cancel it by calling the restaurant. No one answered and I waited on hold for 20 minutes before giving up. The estimated delivery time was only 35-45 minutes, so I don't understand why there was such a delay. A simple answer to the phone would have avoided sending me a cold, uncut pizza hours later. Additionally, the driver called to say it had been delivered to my door before even arriving at my house, which was a new experience for me. I give this location a 10/10 recommendation, but not for their service. If you order from here, be prepared for a long wait or to be disappointed like never before.
We have had issues with this restaurant in the past, but tonight was the final straw. We decided to cancel our order after waiting for about 20 minutes. Shortly after, we received a call saying that the delivery would take an hour and a half, and we could either wait or cancel. I opted to wait, but 45 minutes later, the order was inexplicably cancelled. I decided to wait for the delivery person to come to the house, but after 15 minutes of waiting with no response, I called the restaurant again. They seemed confused as to why my order was cancelled, especially since I had already expressed my willingness to wait.
I don’t even know why I still try to order from here? The pizza arrived like it was dropped or something, and the other pizza was over cooked and barely had any toppings!
Terrible. The site tells me The store your ordering from closes at 12am. Don 't worry, as long as you order by 12am your order will be ready! . So I ordered, get there, and am told sorry, if an order comes in after 1145 then our oven is already off so the manager cancelled it. . Domino 's, you broke the promise you gave me before I ordered. This store would get 0 stars, even negative stars if possible. Order 2217 on 4/27 was a complete failure. This store clearly, and I mean CLEARLY, has employees that care about leaving for the night more than your corporate promises. Pizza shops are a dime a dozen here, I really don 't need to be a Dominos customer. I 'll try out the other shops around, and support a small business who actually cares about it 's customers more than what time they can leave. It was 12:10 and everything was clean. I 've worked in the service industry, they started cleaning way before 12 to be almost done by 12:10. The proof was when the guy opened the door and straight up told me they turn the ovens off at 11:45. I suggest a different, locally owned small business to give your money to. When their business depends on each and every customer, they tend to value them more. Domino 's made me realize that they don 't value each and every customer and that leaving at closing time is more important than the revenue my family brings in. Have it your way Dominos, I 'm done.
