The Dogg House Grill - Avon Lake

The food was good, but I won't be returning. They called the police on a legitimate service dog team that wasn't bothering anyone. In fact, I didn't even realize there was a dog present until the police arrived. I hope the Department of Justice takes action on this case, as there should be consequences for such behavior. It was absolutely ridiculous. It's 2023, and as a business owner, there's no excuse for being unaware of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Service: Dine in.

I visited this establishment on Saturday, December 9th, and unfortunately had a poor experience with the bartender, who I believe is named Kaylee. She seemed quite out of it, possibly due to drugs, alcohol, or a combination of both. It was difficult for her to serve drinks properly. I don't think she should have been working behind the bar, or at work at all, for that matter. It's a disappointing situation, and I sincerely hope she receives the help she needs. Meal type: Other.
