Kate was an amazing server as usual. Love the food and fun experience.

The food and service at this restaurant are excellent, and the location is beautiful. However, the presence of numerous small children at different tables created a noisy and sometimes chaotic atmosphere, reminiscent of a cafeteria.

The journey to the restaurant was amusing. I couldn't help but think about how cold and wet it would have been if the weather was snowy or even colder. We had to wait for our table once we arrived. Our server was friendly, but the service was slow. Our dishes were all bland and overcooked. The salmon and tenderloins were undercooked and had to be returned. As a gesture of apology, the waitress offered us complimentary desserts. However, the overall experience did not justify the high price we paid. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I had been to zacks many times. Until now, it’s been great. Last night was really bad. Very short staffed. Dinner took over an hour to get and the pork chop was dry as a bone. Waiter told us that people in kitchen had quit and waiters were cut because of too much over time. Huge disappointment.

The food was delicious. Our party enjoyed the short ribs and tenderloin which were perfection. The atmosphere is rustic and romantic. Mostly the sleigh ride up the mountain under the stars and full moon really made the experience. All the staff was very accomodating and friendly. And kudos to the snow cat driver and sleigh attendant for being so fun!
