Bidrage med feedbackThe most disappointing part is that the quality of the food seems to be declining while the prices rise. Don't get me wrong; their food is still decent, but it's no longer great. In fact, I've had better Italian meals at better prices in the past month. As a food photographer (not professionally, but I enjoy taking pictures of my meals), I didn't feel inspired to take any photos of our dishes here. None of our meals seemed photo-worthy. I firmly believe that you eat with your eyes first, and unfortunately, that expectation was not met. On a positive note, the staff are fantastic, and they still serve the best cannoli around. That alone earned them an extra star, bringing my overall rating from what would have been a 3-star review to a 4-star experience.
We just celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary here for dinner, and it was wonderful! The food was fantastic. For appetizers, we had stuffed shrimp and poutine (unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures of those). For the main course, we enjoyed chicken parmesan and chicken French. The portions were generous, and everything was fresh and full of flavor.
The food was fantastic, but unfortunately, we won't be coming back. It was extremely loud to the point where having a conversation with the person sitting across from you was impossible. We ended up standing in the parking lot for 20 minutes after dinner just so we could talk. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a pleasant evening out with friends or family.
A great night out, 5 couples. Large portions. Everyone left full and happy. Shrimp scampi, homemade ravioli, veal Parm, prime rib, eggplant Parm, steak salad and more. Kim did a wonderful job as our server.
Our server Debbie was great. Food was average, gnocchi was a bit dense for my taste. Soup was good. House chianti was average. Dessert portion was quite small. Pricey. A bit loud, had to raise our voice to be heard. Typical Italian fare,, tasty.
