Kariong Thai - Avoca Beach Australia

Passing through from Victoria. Apart from my wife's cooking, this is the best Thai food I have had in Australia. Had kao ka mu and larb mu...... delicious.

Delicious Thai and Asian food, you can't go wrong with any choice of the menu. I've tried almost all the rice, noodle and curry menu and am quite satisfied (I recommend Pad see ew, Garlic fried rice and Massaman curry). The lunch special is a no brainer and absolutely worth more than what you pay for, a must try if you're not convinced yet. You also would be greeted by friendly family that run the restaurant, lovely people (my apologies, can't write the names as I might butcher the spelling)!

Food is Fresh and Tasty, Amazing value at $10 for a lunch special. Chicken and Cashew Nut is Delicious. The restaurant is hidden inside the Kariong Tavern and is worth trying for Take Away or Dining In.

Please go back to using your own entrance for takeaway pickup. No one wants to walk through the Kariong tav to get there food, the staff and public are disgusting. I won't be ordering Thai there anymore until the old entrance is back in use.
