Blue Moon Over Avila - Avila Beach

My friend and I visited this restaurant while feeling very hungry, but we were disappointed to find that all of the vegetarian options were priced too high for the amount and taste of the food. I would not recommend dining here.

There aren't many vegan choices available, but the Ratatouille was delicious and a satisfying snack. This restaurant is not too pricey and is best for a midday snack. It has a lovely waterfront location and is dog-friendly.

I always have a fantastic time at Blue Moon! I brought some friends who had never dined there before and they were impressed. Seth provided excellent service with great hospitality. The Austin Hope Cabernet paired perfectly with the Steak Au Poivre, it was absolutely delicious. Thank you for a lovely evening!

Although the menu is limited, there are excellent choices, particularly the appetizers such as charcuterie (on the Happy Hour menu), French onion soup, escargot, and brie. The location is unbeatable, with patio seating providing a beautiful view of the ocean.
