Bidrage med feedbackSince Pizzeria Carlo in Sammarco opened its doors, I have become a loyal customer and I can confidently say that it remains my favorite pizzeria. No matter how many times I go there, the experience is always top notch, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere, friendly service and, above all, exceptional pizzas. A special mention undoubtedly goes to the Capricciosa, which is, in my opinion, the best I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. The generosity and quality of the ingredients make it unique: the fresh mushrooms, the craftsmanship of the cooked ham, the tasty olives, the crunchy artichokes and the stringy mozzarella combine in a perfect balance of flavours. Each bite is an explosion of flavor that does justice to the name of this classic pizza. But what really sets the Pizzeria apart is the pizza dough. There's something magical about that dough; it is light but at the same time incredibly tasty, with that perfect external crunchiness and internal softness that only true master pizza chefs know how to obtain. It is clear that great attention and care is given in the choice of flours and in the long leavening times, all for the benefit of the final flavor and digestibility of the pizza. Each visit confirms my initial impression: here pizza is not just food, it is a real culinary art. Whether it's an evening with friends, a family dinner or a simple moment of personal taste, Pizzeria Carlo in Sammarco has always been and will continue to be my number one choice. I can't wait to return and be delighted by their creations once again.
High quality these two words summarize the experience at Carlo Sammarco!!! The Margherita canotto is space-age, a very light dough that melts in the mouth, the pan is excellent with strong flavors but it is not recommended as a single choice but shared, it is difficult to eat it all, the croque sammarco must be tried, it is really worth it!! Definitely recommended for those who find themselves in the Aversa area, shame about the lack of private parking but there is still space on the street.
Good but not great Let's start with the fried foods which were not bad but too greasy. I didn't find the fried food dry and crunchy The pizzas are good, the dough is light but a little too small, it comes out of the plate only because it is not the traditional 33 cm plate Poor service despite it being a Monday evening
Beautiful place furnished with almost maniacal care and with the brand reported almost everywhere (calici, porta-posate etc. . Pizza? Simply fabulous for both the dough and the rest of the ingredients. Prices? Aligned to competition. An experience to repeat
In the area for work I wanted to experience for the first time this famous pizzeria of Aversa, arrived in excellent position on the 50TopPizzerie ranking in the world. First pleasant surprise was very the local, spacious and not confusing, and the young waiters, numerous and professional. We come to food and pizzas. Very tasty sauce and frittatina of pasta. Of great quantity the pizza and really notable the dough “a canotto”, both for taste and for lightness. Unique note of attention to improve are the bathrooms However a great pizzeria
