Vitality Bowls - Aventura

Found this place while in Aventura. Had the immunity smoothie was delicious, place was clean and staff was attentive would recommend

Arrived here at 5:55pm with a small group and was told that they were closed even though they close at 6:30. Their reasoning was that if they don’t stop customer before closing time then they would not be able to close on time. So essentially this place closes at 6pm NOT 6:30. It ridiculous that they would rather lose money than close when they say they are going to close.

Bruno was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They allow you to customize your bowls. The bowls we tried were the Vitality, Tropical Dragon and Immunity. They were all good but the Tropical one was the best tasting. Highly recommend trying.

Bomb bomb bomb! it’s super good and the portion size is big! This is the spot for Acai bowls. I’ve been to many all over the country and this one is goodddd! Try it! And they also have a reward app system which is nice, you get points for every dollar and 100 points is a $10 coupon. Also they have gluten free granola and vegan protein and bunch of other add-ins! Love itAlso all the workers are great-Layla, Penelope, Michelle, and I forgot some of the other people but they have all been really friendly, attentive, and efficient at their jobs !

The staff is incredibly rude. Came in on a Sunday morning to get a wrap. Paid cash and left a tip. The girl working at the place told me she is working by herself, and it might take a while. I said np. After 20 min wait, I was the only one at the store, she came out saying rudely that she has to close up the store between shifts, and I have to take my food to go. At that point I asked her if I can sit at the table outside the store. She started screaming in anger and told me that she is the manager and I have to follow what she is telling me to do. At that point, I asked for a refund because I didn’t want someone to prepare my food with such energy. She gave me back the money for food, but said the tip is non refundable.I usually don’t write bad reviews, but the owner of the place has to see this and take action.
