Bidrage med feedbackI’m sorry I don’t have a photo, well I drunk it all up before I thought about doing the review But I can say I’m not easily impressed but I was very pleased with my smoothie and I will be returning again, this morning was my very first time visiting a store and the worker was very kind, he made sure I was happy with my order, I order the metabolism blast and it was a small one because I didn’t know how it would taste but after I had it I wish I had order the large one, if you thinking about taking them you will be happy. I usually get the gladiator with coco almonds and extra peanuts to avoid excess carbs. Thats my biggest issue with smoothie king is the fruits tend to make the smoothies really high carb. Also the protein is one scoop regardless the size of the smoothie. Maybe retrofit the protein based on the size of the smoothie? Other then that, smoothie king is usually an instant stop for me
Amazing location I go here everyday to get an Angel Food smoothie and I am very satisfied. The staff is exceptionally courteous the location is spotless, the timing to receive my order is always accurate and there is never any complaints. Whoever who is the manager at this location has the right idea of how to run a franchise and should be acknowledged as such keep up the great work you guys.
It was a first time for me at this point. From the moment I went, I was not greeted by the girl behind the counter, or the great young Spaniard standing next to her. Instead, they felt like anger. I asked some questions about their protein powders as I have the food restrictions, and it took no less than I asked 4 times about the protein that they answered my question, but not without having to ask persistently. It was like pulling teeth. Then I placed my order and received a 32 ounce smoothing that was filled with 3/4. I asked the guy that it was filled up, but they said the rest was stuck at the bottom of the mixer. Then he did me a favor and poured the rest of the smoothed into the cup. All he had to do was shake the mixer's floor a little to let him go. I paid and downloaded the app. I then asked about rewards and the guy told me he doesn't know how the rewards work or the points. He also told me he didn't know how to scan my entrance to the app to earn points. No smile, no thanks, no, you're welcome. I think the guy is the manager in this place that is very disturbing. It not only needs training for customer service, but also trainings on how rewards work. If he doesn't know his job, he should take time to learn. But you can't train a manager who has no motivation to work. I'd give this place a MINUS if I could.
