Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Aventura

The yogurt is great, and there’s a nice variety of syrups and toppings to choose from. While the customer service is quick, it’s frustrating that I can’t get a receipt. Just a heads up— the fruit isn't sweet at all. If you're looking for a sour experience, go ahead and add the fruit!

After not going for more than two years, I decided to give it another try today, but when I asked for samples, the worker informed me that they no longer provide them. My wife and I decided to leave immediately. This policy really needs to change if they want to keep customers coming back. A business can't thrive without offering samples.

When I'm craving delicious frozen yogurt, I head to Menchie's. They offer around 10 different flavors and a wide variety of toppings, including fruits, candy, cookies, syrups, and nuts. Just be careful with how much you add to your cup, as they weigh it at the register and charge you based on the weight.

I love coming to this location. The staff is super nice. Especially Laura. She is amazing! Thank you so much for the cakes! Last June I needed a came for my daughter?s prek graduation and she made it for me. Last week i needed a Halloween cake and she also helped me. Excellent customer service.
